• Recipient Caller Information: The recipient's phone number is required. All other information is optional.

When using the service, phone calls/messages from the recipient to you will be recorded. We may use the phone recordings for quality assurance and to improve our services.

Do third parties have access to information?

No. We will not share your information with third parties.

We may disclose information:

• as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;

• when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.

What are my opt-out rights?

You may opt-out by deleting your account. All user-registration and recipient caller information will be deleted. Please contact us if you would like your account to be deleted.

We will retain user-provided data for as long as you use the Service. Please note that some or all of the user-provided data may be required in order for the Service to function properly.

This Service is intended for adults. It is not intended children under the age of 13.
